I suddenly noticed I had water coming in through a basement drain. Made a phone call to Nate who was very prompt to answer all my questions and concerns. We spoke at 130pm. He was in my home at 3pm and had my water drain cleared of backup in less than 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing issues. Very appreciative and satisfied customer!

Had MECA Drains out to install a sewer clean-out access behind our house for use. Nate came out and was able to discuss the issue and remedy with us in a way that was clear and easy to understand, regardless of how many questions I asked. This was huge considering underground plumbing issues can be a daunting task for new homeowners to face. Availability was a huge plus as they were able to have this done within a week. Throughout the process of the installation the team was able to show me what they were doing as well as any additional findings. Pricing was very honest for the quality work that they provide in comparison to other quotes obtained in the area. The team was sure to test based on the issues we had before and show correct function. We’re grateful to have a clean-out that is up to code and a sewer line that now runs freely.
